I can see all kinds of mischief from this--In the good old days it was not 
unknown for someone stuck in a big packet pile-up at the end of the 
contest on 20 meters to put out a bogus rare spot to "thin" the pile.  Now 
with K1TTT's sleuthing he could be found out and exposed.  With a skimmer, 
all he has to do is call a quick cq using the bogus call (albiet 
illegally) and let the skimmer do the rest.  I agree with those who say 
that there is a big difference between what we can do and what we should
