[CQ-Contest] CW Sprint - This Weekend

Just a reminder, the North American CW Sprint is this Saturday night, February 
3, 0000Z-0359Z .  This is a change from previous years - the Phone and CW 
Sprint's have swapped weekends to avoid QRM to/from the CQ WPX RTTY contest.
