[CQ-Contest] DTA to ASCII converter

Has anyone written a utility for making K5ZD's SCP files (MASUSVE.DTA, for 
example) into ASCII callsign lists?  It occurs to me that the ability to do 
so could be very handy for those of us who would like to use Rufz or Morse 
Runner to warm up with real callsign lists for contests like SS.
