The USA results for CQ WW Phone 2006 have an interesting circumstance. The Top Ten for SOAB High Power only has one entry from W1. Congrats to NN3W and K4ZW on a close race for the winning spot. K7RL made the Top Ten from way out West. The bottom of the cycle is not for the faint of heart!
