[CQ-Contest] North Dakota

Just a "heads up" guys.  I think W9ILY/0 will be operating from North Dakota in 
this weekends NAQP RTTY.  He is OK on QRZ.COM and also LOTW for a QSL.  I 
worked him in Thursday nights parctice session and he told me that he was OK on 
QRZ.COM.  Hope you work him.  As you know, ND is one of the harder States 
(well, at least for me) to get.  Good luck & see you in the contest.
