[CQ-Contest] QRZ French Guiana (FY)

I'll be in Kourou sometime in mid-late August.  

Don't know whether I'll time to get on the air, but just in case... can anyone 
point me to someone who can help me with licensing or make contact FY5KE, the 
ESA club station we've all worked. They have a very nice website but provide 
*no* contact information.
