I wonder if anyone involved in the running of the NCJ sponsored contests could
help answer something...
When you go to the NCJ web site and look for contest results, you find that
few have been posted in the last 36-48 months.

The latest available pdf results for the NAQP is from August of 2005.
The latest available pdf results for the NA Sprints are from March of 2006.
There are some "preliminary" results available for the NAQP's from last August
and some preliminary results from the last SSB Sprint.
Is this a "you get the final results only if you subscribe to NCJ?"
