I noticed that also, which helped start the thread.
Of course they also put the SSB QRP calling freq at 14060 which is obviously
a mistake.
I'll check, perhaps they missed it.(160 meter DX window-cw)
The "incursions " below 1843 are NOT just during the contests, folks, and
yes, I knew it was a contest for the many whom asked.
In my view, CQ should provide some limitations to the frequencies allowed,
if for no other reason to promote harmony during their contest.
