Forgive me for asking but how could the use of a propagation forecaster,
which is about as accurate as weather forecasting, be considered
"assistance" as far as the contest sponsors are concerned? Does that mean
that getting the solar indices before or during the contest is assistance
too? Isn't this getting a bit out of control? If this keeps up, pretty soon
having books on contesting will be considered assistance.
