At this point most work seems to be progressing towards creating a
website, similar to what was presented by the WRTC scoreboard.  I
suppose the scoreboard "aggregators" could be designed to provide raw
XML output that could be made available on the Internet for use by
"non-browser" displays, and also provide a format description that would
be used for display by browsers.  I'm of the impression there has been
relatively little work on that end of the project at this point, there's
plenty of room for ideas there.
