[CQ-Contest] Any Contestors or Ops from Philippines on thisreflector

I would like to get in touch with any ham Filipino amateur operators that 
are very
familiar with the licensing of hams in the Philippines.

I already have talked with ARRL but now I'd like to talk to anyone that
has extensive knowledge of licensing practices for P.I.I citizens
and is up on what is going on with the Amateur Licensing division of
their FCC ( NTC ? ) in Philippines
