Honesty, and the presumption of it, is the backbone of so many rules 
(1500 watts, are you really running a tribander and wires?, you're NOT 
using e-mail to avoid busted Qs, right?) that to apply it to a 
10-minutes-in-the-chair rule doesn't seem unreasonable.

Indeed, it does seem a much better rule.
