I got this problem about 15 years ago, mainly due to an ergonomically
disastrous mouse on an early Digital VAX workstation.
Today there is hardly any excuse.

rare in males. It's almost exclusively a female problem. Note the words "rare"
and "almost". There are exceptions but they are just that - exceptions. The
average male ham need not worry.
