The problem with some of the locations so far suggested is that they're 
either rare or semi-rare; which means at least you've got the chance of 
generating a pileup of not only people in the contest, but other DX-rabid 
operators to add to your score, regardless of where you are or what sort of 
propagation you have.

I would think the worst contesting locations would be in areas with poor 
propagation and minimal geographic value--say the far northern middle 
sections of Zone 4. Then you have the polar conditions, terrible weather, 
and not as many people need to work far northern Manitoba...
