Hi Dan, My personal opinion is that for NAQP and NA Sprint, like Sweepstakes, all scores, US, Canadian and other NA, should be lumped together. US and Canadian scores are lumped together for the ARRL DX contests. The CQWW DX contests are different because points are assigned by country and clearly Canadian stations have the advantage over US stations.
