I have recently seen some people spotting with ssid's that are greater than
15.  one was using -75 or -80 I think to show what band they were on or some
such thing.  I don't recommend this, some nodes reject spots with ssid's
above 15 so using big numbers may limit the distribution of your spots.  The
same may be true of putting portable designations in your callsign when you
login to a node, i.e.  k5zd/1 may work to login to a node, but may get spots
rejected from some nodes.
