They are pretty close and if there is QRM, asking is more heatlhy than
getting the likely penalty points.
Same goes for two.
If there is any air going to mic in the middle of the word 'two', it
really sounds close to three.

Saying thrrii will help but word thuu is impossible for a foreigner to
get right in case of any noise.
