I would hesitate even if KH6 would claim zone 1, 3,4,5, 8 or 27 but  I guess 
this is all covered by FCC rules?

I was just told that USA zone assignment in AD1C database is automated from 
FCC data.
The only problem is that some people don't care updating FCC info once they 
move.
CQ WW VIP happends to be among them :-)
