[CQ-Contest] VE4 seat available for Phone SS

Hi all.

I may have missed replying to some of the folks who expressed interest
previously, but, here we go..

I offer my chair to interested parties for Phone SS for 05.  In Winnipeg.
Nice little station, not fabulous, but competitive, and in a good location
for domestics.

Repeating myself here, I know..  I hate that contest..  my bad taste..  but
I hate to see the stn go unused.

Anyone interested, we can talk.
