Blanket statements without facts to prove them are treading in dangerous waters.
One might consider that the amateur population of Canada is about 7% of that in
the
US. Someone else can crunch the numbers but I wouldn't be surprised if the
ratio of
contesters to licensees would be reasonably close with both countries.
Seems to be lots of VE3 activity these days. Do you really expect to see the
same
number of VE4s as you do MN stations?
