KFT and NN are HELPING people not COMPLAINING about rules and regs, what 
have you done lately for anyone? From reading the emails on this list, 
you apparently sit around finding fault in everything and do nothing to 
add viable argument to the debate.  When someone needs help, you don't 
get out the rulebook to figure out whether or not you can help 
them...you just do it!
