I don't think we should lower this to just 4 per year.

Oh, if you are thinking of increasing the number of sprints -- wouldn't 
you have to have 12 per year -- practically one each month? That would 
only be fair to have the same number in each mode.

BTW, what ever happened to the Internet sprINT? My CW skill was never 
good enough for those.
