You're absolutely right! The solution is that everyone should behave
like ZD8Z#N -- who only sends his call ONCE - right at the end of the
contest.

Gosh, he'll save over 3 and a half hours of operating time. Wow! What a
slick operator!

(Where is Dr. Bafoofnik, now that we need him?)
