Sean - You won't fit an 80/40 inverted vee if the ends are only 35 feet apart. If you have an included angle of 90 degrees, about the lowest you want to go, you will be able to have 24.5 feet per leg, or an antenna that resonates at slightly lower than 10 MHz.
