I definitely agree with Paul...

I'm the co-author (with Oliver F5MZN) of Win-Test, a native C++ Win32 
contest logger (http://www.win-test.com). Our logger now supports almost 
50 international and national contests and growing. A free trial version 
is available on our web site.

It's been formely designed for our FY5KE team (http://www.fy5ke.org) and 
it helped to achieve several high ranked results across the world.
