[CQ-Contest] NCCC 160m Practice and ARCI Topband tonight

A reminder about the 160m practice tonight:

In addition to the NCCC 30 minute practice at 0330-04Z for the ARRL 160m 
contest, there will also be the ARCI Topband contest on 160m tonight 
from 00Z until 06Z.  The exchange for that contest is: RST + 
state/province/country + your output power.  Please jump in and give 
them some QSOs while you're on 160m.  Several participants in ARCI 
Topband will be QRP, so this will be a good test for your station's 160m 
receive performance.  Their suggested frequency is 1810 kHz +/-.
