[CQ-Contest] CQP claimed scores on the web

The posted claimed CQP scores are now up to date with all received logs via
email shown.  Snail mailed logs are still waiting for me to open envelopes.
I'll get to that soon.

If you find any errors please let me know.  Note that these are "claimed"
scores.
Last chance to submit a log for CQP is Nov 15.
Final results won't be out until March... as usual.
