[CQ-Contest] Win-Test contest logging software available in English

We are pleased to inform you that Win-Test software and the Win-Test web 
site are now translated in English for most parts.

Win-Test is a Win32 contest software written by two members of the FY5KE 
team, Olivier F5MZN -- also author of DxNet DX-cluster -- and Laurent 
F6FVY.

All major international contests, and several HF and VHF national 
contests are now supported (30 in all, for version 2.1.6-rc3).

A trial version, features list, quickstart and reference manuals are
