Go to the ARRL's web site. There is an article which tells of one communities' decision to discontinue their BPL trials due to security and interference concerns. They are going to pursue wireless (2.4 GHz. range) options. That makes another community that BPL has been tried in and failed and where the cold reality of ACTUAL results trumps the hype and fury of the advertisers of BPL.
