[CQ-Contest] SO2R Page Additions

I've made a long-delayed update to my SO2R Resources
Page, adding some new station photos and fixing some 
broken links.

A complete reorganization is coming. What was intended
originally as a resource page for my own SO2R expansion
project soon outgrew the simple single-page layout. I'll
make it easier to use for others when I have time.

New pictures of SO2R station layouts are always welcome!
