[CQ-Contest] 160M in WPX CW

The overwhelming consensus is that, at most, you would visit 160 once or 
twice, in case any rare prefixes are single-banding there, but otherwise 
your time is best spent on 80-15 or 40-15(some folks feel that 80 is almost 
as redundant as 160, but I have a very good antenna there, so I'll be more 
visible than otherwise...
