I believe that this means that when your log is scored, it will only be
compared to others in the same category. You will still be able to call/work
any station in the test, the difference being only in the SCORING.
This can be done because the contest robot will look at you entry category
and score you accordingly, just as it does with any other category. During
the actual contest, no-one will be calling CQ with category identifiers.
