I like the idea! Maybe it's a 24 hour contest but you can only operate 6
hours. Count multipliers only once (not once per band) to encourage operation
during the high band openings where the rate is higher. That way the whole
globe gets one "propigation cycle" but each area only runs for 6 hours. This
might cause problems for whatever group is at it's peak high band propigation
at the start of the contest, because their 6 hours would be split, but you
could identify 6 hour operating blocks by timezone or cq zone or some other
already established zones.
