After sending a warning to UPS last month, this month Riley Hollingsworth
has warned FedEx about drivers using 10 meter frequencies without a license:

Also, the FCC has sent a violation notice to a company in Michigan,
which was selling 10 meter CB Radios which have not been
approved for sale by the FCC:

This was the second official citation sent by
the FCC for selling unapproved CB 10 meter radios this year.
