Here's a suggestion for the organizers of the FQP:
Why not give Jim his own County? Every year, starting in 2004, somebody
gets to be in "Jim White County". Or, alternately, pre-registered mobiles
get to be in Jim White County for one hour (each hour is exclusive to one
mobile). And why not make Jim White County a double multiplier?
