UBA-SWARL 365 Days Contest 2003 Final results

Special thanks to all participants. And who tends to say that there is
nothing to hear on the HF bands ? Just look at the results of these Marathon
competition.
It was a pleasure for me that there were many participants and moreover, it
was a test-case and challenge because someone could only participate by
sending temperary summary sheets and final log by email.
Only three OM's didn't reach the finish for whatever what reason because
they have sent some temporary Summary Sheets and I have they personal
warnings. Just notice the fact that one SWL and a HAM have send only here
finallog and for this reasens were
disqualified because of art. 10. The results marked with "X" in the result
log count not for the Contest.
The first two will receive the plaquette as mentioned in the rules.
E-certificates will be sent to the participants.
The correction of the logs wasn't that easy because several times it was
needed to consult the callbooks and DXclusters. So have a look at the
results. The results were published on the Yahoo group at every change. To
become a member of the group, it's needed
to belong to the SWARL (Short Wave Amateur Radio Listening) and to sign in
on
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SWARL/
All results will always be published on the UBA website ( www.uba.be ) and
on my own website at
http://users.skynet.be/ONL4299/
I hope that this year some ON hams and SWL's will reparticipate this
contest. It gives you a good idea on yearly number of DXCC worked/heard per
band.
