There's another possibility. The CQWW checkers are so
very busy working to get the results out, that they really don't
need this sort of QRM. However, now that you have brought
this to everyone's attention, I feel that this year they should
look closely at your submission and if it's clear you consistently
failed to send RS(T), sorry but you should be disqualified.
