[CQ-Contest] Austin Powers CW Sprint Team

We have five stations signed up so far, and would like to invite more 
stations, especially in Texas (however anywhere will be fine) to take 
part.  The main thing is to encourage participation in the Sprint, which 
will make it more fun for everyone.

The five on board so far are W5KFT (K5PI op), N5XU (AA5BT op), K5WA, N5DO, 
and N3BB.
