I'm quite surprised by your post!
The 46th Annual Pa QSO Party is once again sponsored by the Nittany ARC, as
it has been for over 30 years. It will be held on October 11th & 12th, 2003
(2nd full weekend in October, one week after the Ca QSO Party) -- same as it
has been for years.

The Pa QSO web page is http://www.nittany-arc.org/paqso.html, although it
doesn't appear to be updated with the 2003 rules yet (not that there are any
major changes, but I don't know who this year's special event/bonus station
is). The web page currently contains the 2002 contest results.
There is a separate reflector for discussion about the contest, and plans
