I had exactly the same thing happening to me two
weeks ago and it was all my fault. I had installed
two filters to put CQ-contest things into the
Cq-contest folder. My mail program executes all
filters before deleting the moved files so it was
moving the same message twice into the CQ-contest
folder. I hope this helps.
