If I were voting, I would also vote no, reason being it's an
impossible rule to enforce.
What I would like to see is a requirement that logs be sumitted via
email within 24 hours of the end of the contest (except for
DXpeditions). If someone wants to stay up another 24 after 48, more
power to them. Otherwise, it's the only way to be sure logs aren't
being massaged in any major way.
