[CQ-Contest] QRT category

During FD2003 there were a LOT of the QRT class of stations on 10 meters! I
tuned the entire band quite a few times and did not hear a LOT of those
stations. No wonder we didn't work them! They were ALL on 10M!

I tried to enter that class but MURPHY got in the way! He MADE my rigs stay
operational and on the air the entire FD time period!  DRAT!


I'm gonna enter as SO HP MIXED QRT class.
