[CQ-Contest] WARC QRP Reporting Page is On-Line

The Web page for reporting your QRP WARC-Speed Challenge totals for June is
now on-line at:

http://216.133.253.197/qrpwarcchallenge.php

Band-mode totals will be automatically computed.  If you are not keeping
track of totals by mode, just enter them in the right-hand column marked
"Any Mode".

Thanks to WA7BNM for making this a reality.  A Web page showing the
accumulated totals will be available soon.

Hopefully, the sun will cooperate and give us some good propagation!
