This weekend is the Michigan QSO Party, sponsored by the Mad River Radio Club.
Contest Period: 1600Z Saturday, April 19 until 0400Z Sunday, April 20 (noon
to midnight Eastern time). Stations may operate the full 12 hours.
Bands/modes: 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters, phone/CW. Work stations once
per band and mode. MI-to-MI QSOs allowed. Work portables and mobiles
again as they change county.
Categories: Single-op (QRP, LP, HP), multi-op, and mobile.
Exchange: sequential QSO number and location (county for MI stations,
state/province or "DX" for others).
Recommended frequencies - CW: 3.545, 7.045, 14.045, 21.045, 28.045; phone:
3.850, 7.225, 14.250, 21.300, 28.450
Scoring: 1 pt per phone QSO and 2 pts per CW QSO. Final score = QSO points
