[CQ-Contest] Need cabrillo example for BERU

Wonder if anyone can send me the first couple of pages of their cabrillo file 
for the recent RSGB Commonwealth contest.  Trying to figure a way to pack up my 
entry in the acceptable format, without the benefit of a good real example.  
Cabrillo format on the RSGB website is a little vague.
