I believe the availability of the scores is another
thing that will drive people to participate events
with characteristics they like.

Clarity of rules is important, too.
Like targetting to have rules that can be enforced.
-CQ committee has invested a lot of effort in enforcing
the rules and have found out some participants have sent
their logs in a wrong category
CQ is a clear front runner in that but how about the
next steps keeping people happy with the CQ events ?
