I would have to say that the idea of an anonymous list is possibly the most
cowardly suggestion there has ever been on this reflector.
If you have a problem with somebody's signal, do the right thing and talk
to them about it. Chances are they don't know. MONI can only tell you so
much.
There are very few legitimate contesters who actually want to have bad
signals.

When I brought this subject up, I thought that I might be flamed and was
prepared for that, I was not prepared for the kind of positioning that I
have seen over this. It is simply not that big that it is worth creating
division over.
I apologize for any upset this subject caused.
Please... Let' just drop the YT/NT/NU/NWT subject and move on.
