[CQ-Contest] Kansas QSO Party?

Does anyone out there in contest land know if there is going to be a Kansas QSO 
Party in January of 2003?  The Web site from 2002 - 
www.ksarrl.net/qso/2002ksqso.htm - doesn't work and emails to last year's 
sponsor go unanswered.
