[CQ-Contest] 10 meters in SS

There was an attempt to start a 12-12 club when that
band was first open to ham use. I know, I was 12-12
#84. I think that the novelty of 10 meters will die
down some when the new generals and extras experience
their first sunspot minimum. Yes the band will have
occassional TE, and Eskip, but those things are hard
to predict. Nowdays you can turn the radio on and
hear DX every day during the winter. Many new
licensees who have not been thru a sunspot minimum
don't know what to expect yet.

Also, we should be indebted to the freebander market
for creating the need for all of those 10 meter
monobander rigs. Go look at www.copper.com. For
every 10 meter monobander, there is a video called
"Tricks and tips" which lists modifications for that
rig. Why do I think that the modification is not to
improve CW waveform?
