[CQ-Contest] Unsportsmanlike?

Hey, I've got a crazy idea. If we want to encourage newer ops to contesting,
why not create a contest specifically for them. Slow code, in subbands where
can operate and an easy exchange. We could call it... Novice Roundup or
maybe something younger and hipper.
